At Timeless Aesthetics & Laser Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality services, wellness programs, and products that support safe and effective patient outcomes. Many of the prescription treatments, supplements, and compounded medications coordinated through our clinic are customized for each client. Because of this customized and medical nature, all sales are final and we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

This policy protects patient safety, preserves medication integrity, and ensures full compliance with state and federal regulations governing physician-supervised treatments.

Please review the details below before placing an order.

This policy applies to all prescription orders placed through Timeless Aesthetics & Laser Clinic and fulfilled by our licensed third-party pharmacy partners. By placing an order, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

• All prescriptions are reviewed and authorized by a licensed medical provider.
   
• All medication dispensing and shipping is performed exclusively by a licensed pharmacy.
   
• Standard pharmacy processing times are typically 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
   
• Pharmacies do not process or ship prescriptions on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays to preserve product stability.
   
• Expedited processing may be available for an additional fee.
   
• Orders are processed in the sequence in which they are received.
   

Clients are fully responsible for providing:

• A correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address
   
• Any apartment/unit numbers
   
• A secure location for delivery
   

If an order is delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, neither Timeless Aesthetics & Laser Clinic nor the pharmacy is responsible for replacement, refund, or reimbursement.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.

Once the carrier confirms delivery (including GPS confirmation, photo proof, or carrier delivery scan):

• Ownership and responsibility transfer to the client.
   
• This confirmation serves as final legal proof of delivery.
   
• Lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery confirmation are not the responsibility of the clinic or pharmacy.
   

Clients agree not to dispute charges for orders that show confirmed delivery.

While all products are non-refundable, we understand that rare issues may occur before delivery.
We will review replacement requests only for:

• Damaged items upon delivery
   
• Incorrect shipment
   
• Missing items inside the package
   

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide:

1. Order Number
    
2. Tracking Number
    
3. Clear photos of damage or incorrect items (if applicable)
    

Important:
Refunds or replacements will not be issued if a package shows confirmed carrier delivery unless a verified pharmacy or carrier error is proven.

If approved, refunds are processed within 15 business days, but bank processing times may vary.

Failure to cooperate with a carrier investigation may result in denial of the claim.

By placing an order, the client acknowledges and agrees to:

• Responsibility for providing accurate shipping information
   
• The pharmacy’s legal authority to dispense and ship medications
   
• Delivery confirmation serving as final proof of delivery
   
• Not disputing charges on the basis of claimed non-receipt after carrier confirmation
   

• All medications are dispensed and shipped only by licensed third-party pharmacies.
   
• Timeless Aesthetics & Laser Clinic does not dispense or ship prescription medications.
   
• All prescriptions follow applicable state and federal regulations.
   
• Disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
   
• Clients indemnify and hold harmless Timeless Aesthetics & Laser Clinic, its owners, physicians, and affiliates for losses resulting from failure to follow these policies.
   

This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Although prescription products cannot be returned or refunded, non-medical items (if applicable) may be eligible for review on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for clarification before purchase.

If a refund has been approved but not received:

1. Check with your bank or credit card company.
    
2. If still unresolved after bank processing time, contact us for assistance.
